Commons Areas

Raintree Village contains four private parks (commons areas) for the enjoyment of Raintree Village residents.

Lakeside Commons is an 8 acre greenspace with swingsets, picnic tables and a pond. It is accessible from Sherwood Drive.

Forest Commons is a 4 acre natural wooded park with a walking trail from the Sandburg Drive entrance to the Stonetree Drive entrance.

Village Commons is a 2 acre natural wooded park with walking trails with an entrance on Stonetree Drive.

Abbey Commons is a 1 acre open space park with swingsets and picnic tables with an entrance on Abbey Drive.

Residents are encouraged to enjoy using these commons areas, but treat them with respect to preserve them. Please do not litter in the commons areas and be sure to clean up after your dog when walking them in the commons areas. Fireworks and fires are not allowed in the commons areas.

DO NOT DAMAGE, TRIM OR CUT DOWN ANY TREES OR PLANTS INSIDE THE COMMONS AREAS AND DO NOT DAMAGE ANY SIGNS, BENCHES, SWINGSETS OR TRASH CANS!
