Send an email request to the status@rvha.org email address. While we do not charge a fee for your HOA status letter request, we require that the “New Owner Registration Form” be completed with the information of the new buyers and returned to us (via email or US Mail). Once we have received the completed “New Owner Registration Form” we will provide the status letter you have requested.
